Mo - Yoga Teacher

Mo teaches Yoga Flow on Wednesdays and the annual Yoga for Stress and Wellbeing course at The Yoga Tree Stirling. She came to yoga loving the idea of it, but unsure she belonged. Over time, yoga became an integral part of her life, supporting her physical and mental wellbeing through pregnancy and challenging times. Wanting to understand why yoga helped her cope, reduce stress, and ease anxiety, she completed her 200-hour training with YogaJo's in Milngavie. She has since trained in Ashtanga yoga, yoga philosophy, Yoga as a Therapeutic Tool, Yoga for Health through the Yoga in Healthcare Alliance, and Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga. Her breath-led teaching focuses on accessibility, sustainable practice, and the freedom of mindful movement.

Born and raised in Manhattan with French, Italian, and Austrian roots, Chrissy moved to Stirling in 1972 with her family. Alongside a demanding NHS career, she discovered Iyengar Yoga in Scotland and later deepened her practice in Melbourne. Her journey led her to explore meditation and shamanic practices before finding Heartfulness Meditation in 1994; she became a Trainer in 2019. Since 2017, she has been offering Heartfulness Relaxation and Meditation sessions at The Yoga Tree, helping people reduce stress, improve wellbeing, and discover a deeply satisfying spiritual practice through meditation on the heart while witnessing meaningful personal growth and positive life changes.

Keiyiu's teaching is rooted in care, curiosity, and respect for the body's natural rhythms. Her cultural background has deeply shaped the way she approaches yoga, with an emphasis on balance, harmony, and moving with nature rather than against it. Jacqueline - Teacher & Guide

For over twenty years, Jacqueline has been a student and practitioner of wellbeing and spirituality. A former high school teacher, her search for freedom, joy, and wellbeing led her away from the classroom into healing, nature, and non-dual wisdom. She realised a truth hiding in plain sight: what we seek flows from within, from the beingness we already are. She holds qualifications in Yoga, EFT, Soul-Care, Energy Therapy, and Hawaiian Ho'oponopono and Massage, but shares primarily from lived experience. As a spiritual guide and wayshower, she brings together ancient paths and contemporary practices, pointing to what is already true: our divine nature, here and now. Jacqueline's satsangs, workshops, and circles gather fellow explorers in a playful space held with joy, peace, and lightness.

Alison

Alison - Yoga Teacher

Alison has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years. She studied classical Hatha Sivananda with the Anahata School of Yoga and graduated in 2006. She followed this with an intensive Ashtanga course in 2011 and anatomy studies in 2012, both with David Keil. Alison has also had the privilege of studying with John Scott and David Swenson, and more locally with Cathy Moran and Roseanne McKean. She now teaches Vinyasa Flow, having studied with Jason Crandell, Kathryn Budig and Coral Brown, with whom she had the opportunity to visit Rishikesh in India. Alison hopes to pass on that yoga is a lifelong practice—approached with patience, understanding, humility, and openness each time we come to the mat.

Riomay - Yoga Teacher

Riomay has benefitted so much from her yoga practice and is passionate about providing a safe and enjoyable environment for people to explore the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice. She centres her asana practice around creative movement sequences, traditional breath work techniques and meditation styles that have helped her on her own journey with self exploration, wellness and nervous system regulation. The main goal is to provide students with habits they can take home with them and benefit from off of the mat!
